After-school Enrichment Class Schedule
Fall 2010

The schedule of classes for the Fall 2010 After-school enrichment session is listed below. Most classes begin the week of October, 4 2010 and run through early January 2011.

IMPORTANT NOTE (Please Read!): The after school enrichment offerings have changed from three eight week sessions to two twelve week sessions.

Please check each class description for specific meeting dates and times as scheduling differs among classes. The deadline for registration is Thursday, September 28. After September 28, a $12.00 per class late processing fee will be billed to parents.

Timely registration is very important for both instructors who need to know if they have enough enrolment, as well as for the overall efficient administration of the program. Classes are on a first-come, first-served basis and close after the first class meeting. Sorry, no refunds after the second class meeting!

To view a detailed description of the class and to print a registration form, click the course title. Hard copies of the schedule are available for the asking in the front office and at TAP.

Check Kol Tehiyah for updates regarding classes. Parents will be notified if a class is full or cancelled. If you have any questions, please call Jonothon at 233-3013 ext 112.

Registration Instructions:

1. Print class description with accompanying registration form and detach (please cut rather than tear).
2. Fill out the registration form. Each class and each child needs its own check and registration form (If a class is cancelled or there is a change on the part of the parent, the check can be torn up and another check does not have to be written and sought after). Make all checks payable to TDS. It is also helpful to write the name of the class and child on the check in the notation area.
3. Attach the check (with paper clip) to the back of the registration form, put it in an envelope, and send it to the Tehiyah business office. There are also drop boxes for after-school enrichment classes on the counter in the front office and just inside the TAP room.

Sign-out Procedure:

For safety and security it is very important to make sure your child is signed out either by the parent or whoever is picking up your child. All kindergarten children need to be signed out whether they are in enrichment classes or in regular TAP. Whoever picks up your child is also requested to inform Jonothon or other TAP staff during pickup time.

Note: Any child not signed out will be signed out at 6:00 p.m. with appropriate fees applied.

If someone is supposed to pick up your child (other than the parent or someone who frequently picks up your child), please leave a note with your child’s teacher or leave a message on the TAP voicemail.

Bus Riders:

If your child normally takes the afternoon school bus and there is a change in his or her schedule, it is very important to let us know in advance. Please call the bus line at 233-3013 ext 250 by 1:00 p.m. It is also very helpful to leave a message with the child’s teacher or with TAP.

Kindergarten TAP Location:

If you are picking up your Kindergartener before all-school dismissal at 3:15, we will be located in the Primary Yard or one of thr Kindergarten room.
